Grainger Management LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst, B2B in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI customer maps using Gentran 6.0 and IBM Sterling Integrator; Perform root cause analysis on failed EDI transmissions to identify and resolve data or connectivity issues; Develop EDI maps for ANSI X12 transactions, including 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Order Acknowledgment), 856 (Advance Ship Notice), and 810(Invoice) and EDIFACT transactions including ORDERS(Purchase order), ORDRSP (Order Acknowledgement), DESADV (Advance Ship Notice), and INVOIC; Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related technical issues, ensuring smooth business operations and providing ongoing production support. Up to 60%remote work allowed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience.
