About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Patient Engagement and Support team. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that improve the patient journey. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical specifications across critical work streams such as onboarding, affordability, and clinical adherence.
