With nearly 70 employees who work hard but also know how to #enjoythestay, our team is searching for a Head of Fulfillment Operations to lead and scale our growing in-house fulfillment and customization center. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of order execution and customization across multiple sales channels. The Role Weezie is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation and evolution of our ERP and connected business systems. This role sits at the intersection of Operations and Technology, translating real-world processes into well-configured systems and ensuring workflows are scalable, reliable, and accurate. While initially focused on operational systems, including inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain, this role will expand into broader business systems ownership across finance, product development, CX, and advanced warehouse and customization workflows. This role requires a high degree of ownership and independent judgment. You will help establish systems best practices, documentation standards, and scalable operating rhythms as we build our internal technology capability. This is a hands-on role for a problem solver with a knack for streamlining systems and building solutions that help teams move faster.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in Business Systems, ERP/OMS support, or operations systems environments.
  • Hands-on role in at least one ERP or mission-critical system implementation (requirements, configuration, testing, or integration).
  • Comfortable with API/integration concepts and working within SaaS-based stacks.
  • Working proficiency with SQL and scripting (Python or similar) to support data validation, automation, and API-driven workflows.
  • Autonomous and able to independently diagnose system issues and drive systems solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Structured thinker who can trace workflows and data across systems.
  • Strong point of view on systems best practices, clean architecture, and data integrity.
  • Organized, clear communicator who embraces cross-functional collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • experience in DTC, retail, or omnichannel environments, particularly with Shopify, and inventory, fulfillment, or supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

  • ERP Implementation & Stabilization – 40%
  • Support ERP implementation, including data preparation and migration (cleanup, mapping, validation), testing, and cutover.
  • Translate workflows and SOPs into scalable ERP configuration and data structures.
  • Establish ERP as the source of truth for inventory and operational data and maintain its integrity across connected systems during rollout and stabilization.
  • Systems & Integration Ownership – 30%
  • Own and support integrations between ERP and adjacent systems (Shopify, shipping platforms, planning tools, HRIS, future PLM).
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues and data discrepancies at the root cause, not through manual workarounds.
  • Build monitoring and validation to ensure reliable, consistent data flows across systems.
  • Automation & Tool Optimization – 20%
  • Contribute to automation using native rules engines and low-code tools.
  • Reduce manual processes and eliminate fragile spreadsheets.
  • Consolidate redundant tools and simplify middleware where possible.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement – 10%
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user training resources.
  • Manage roles, permissions, and system configuration to maintain operational reliability.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and deliver scalable solutions, including future fulfillment automation, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-platform expansion.
