As a Business Transient Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving corporate and negotiated transient business for one of Houston’s largest full-service Marriott hotels. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact hotel performance while building strong, long-term client relationships. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, revenue strategy, and career advancement opportunities within Pyramid Global Hospitality, a growing organization known for promoting from within and investing in its people. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and who is a results-driven, relationship-focused sales professional with a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of Business Transient sales, as well as; A proven business transient or corporate hotel sales professional who understands negotiated rate programs and account management A self-motivated hunter and relationship builder with the ability to identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts A strategic thinker who can analyze market data, account performance, and trends to drive revenue decisions A strong communicator and negotiator who can confidently engage with corporate travel managers, TMCs, and decision-makers A collaborative team player who partners effectively with Revenue Management, Operations, and Hotel Leadership A highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and is accountable for performance and outcomes A service-minded individual who values guest satisfaction and long-term client relationships A professional aligned with Pyramid Global Hospitality’s people-first culture, core values, and commitment to internal growth.
