About The Position
The Business Unit Leader provides leadership, coordination, supervision, and oversight of the field and support operations. This leader often acts as a client interface and problem solver. As a leader, you will exercise responsibility for developing and managing department operations within the entire company as well as guiding and instructing new and existing personnel. This individual will be responsible for overall effectiveness and profitability of the company. This is an opportunity to lead a team of great people toward great results. Requirements
- Operational and Sales leadership experience
- Proven experience managing all aspects of the profit and loss of a company.
- Experience with hiring, training, and leading team members.
- Proven experience as a Leader or similar executive role
Responsibilities
- Leading departments towards set production, revenue, and profit goals.
- Ensuring new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company.
- Assessing the competency and capability of personnel by providing coaching and training.
- Evaluating the capability and results ensuring that personnel meet quality workmanship standards and expectations.
- Hiring, training, and leading team members.
- Setting and maintaining work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity.
- Maintaining a record of achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction
- Delegating responsibility and maintain follow up for assessment of results.
- Promoting, supporting, and facilitating teamwork and foster a positive environment.
