Requirements
- US citizenship (Public Trust eligible)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Flourish, JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence, or similar tools
- Familiarity with high‑impact data models, particularly predictive modeling
- Understanding of military service and benefits
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support client goals
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for clients and program leadership
- Monitor KPIs to quickly identify operational pain points
- Identify and query complex data populations used for testing
- Develop subject matter expertise in data tables, schemas, and system functionalities
