About The Position

As a Busperson & Runner at Din Tai Fung in ARIA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the fast-paced, world-renowned dining experience famous for its handcrafted dumplings and exceptional service. By keeping your section clean, organized, and fully stocked—clearing tables, replenishing side stations, and delivering dishes efficiently—you’ll help ensure smooth, seamless service. Working closely with the service team, your attention to detail and teamwork help create the polished, memorable experience guests expect from Din Tai Fung.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Bus or Food Runner
• 1+ Years of prior relevant fast paced, high volume restaurant operations experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
• Clean and sanitize all equipment
• Keep floors free of debris and spills
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Run food as required by the Department
