About The Position

As a Busperson at Lago in Bellagio, you’ll help support the vibrant dining experience set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Fountains of Bellagio. By keeping the dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked to established standards, you’ll ensure smooth and polished service throughout the restaurant. Your attention to detail and teamwork help create the seamless, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit to Lago memorable.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a bus or food runner preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
