About The Position

As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure smooth service. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous relevant experience in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware while maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
