About The Position

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Bussers to support servers and bartenders and keep our restaurants running smoothly by cleaning and resetting tables; taking dishware and utensils to the kitchen to be washed; and making sure guests' water glasses are full. Candidates should have stamina and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

1+ year experience as Busser; fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant preferred
Knowledge of all local health department requirements for safe food handling and sanitation standards; Non-expired Food Handlers Certification required
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
A passion for quality and respect for team members and guests
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance; Stand or Walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motion

Responsibilities

Prepare dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
Maintain table settings by removing finished courses in a timely manner; Bring all soiled dishware and utensils to the dishwasher promptly
Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs by performing tasks such as refilling water glasses and replenishing utensils
Clean and reset tables after guests leave; Wipe down tables and/or replace linens; Freshen centerpieces and/or condiments
Keep an organized, sanitary, and stocked bussing station
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
