Requirements

• Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work well with diverse collaborators.
• Clear and effective communication
• Ability to lead teams and operate event management software.
• Ability to take initiative and make well-considered decisions

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the Signature Venues operations team, encouraging a positive and supportive culture
• Ensuring high-quality meeting and event experiences, focusing on critical Signature Venue activities
• Supporting Operations Coordinators & Associates with feedback and mentorship for an outstanding guest experience
• Prioritizing venue operations issues and driving solutions to ensure smooth operations
