About The Position

As a Team Member of the Food and Beverage team, the Busser is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Busser is responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables with a solid understanding of the sense of urgency required to turn tables in a high-volume CRCR restaurant atmosphere.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
1+ years of Busser experience in a fast-paced hospitality atmosphere.
Must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler’s training and certification.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Problem-solving and critical thinking.
Must be able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance.
Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards.
Demonstrates a flock mentality, focused on teamwork and collaboration with others.
Provides exceptional service to internal and external Guests while leveraging the knowledge of the position and the business, ensuring a clucktastic experience for all.
Stays engaged and motivated with the business, department, and all Team Members at all levels while encouraging growth and development of self and others.

Skilled at removing chicken feed as fast as a Frizzle chicken.

Nice To Haves

2+ Years of Busser experience in a high-volume hospitality or fine dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Ensure exceptional Guest service and Teamwork.
Fill and empty bus carts, properly stack dirty dishes and assist Guests with a positive attitude.
Clear and carry dirty dishes to the dish stations.
Sanitize tables and chairs, removing debris from the floor, sweeping and mopping as necessary.
Replace/refill condiments and clean dirty condiment-dispensing containers.
Roll and replenish silverware stock.
Complete all side work tasks.
Clean and reset tables after Guests leave.
Inform Guests of any Food and Beverage specials.
Assist with food running, serving drinks, and seating Guests.
Communicate with management professionally and involve them immediately in Guest recovery issues.
Other duties as assigned.
