About The Position
Ensures cleanliness of restaurant and bar. Responds to customer needs.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years old to remove alcohol or as state regulations dictate.
- Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials.
Responsibilities
- Clear tables of dirty dishes & linens, wipe and reset table in a timely manner.
- Serve water/coffee/tea.
- Run food to customers from expo line to dining areas.
- Communicate with patrons and staff conveying specials and concerns.
- Other functions assigned by management (i.e. take out linen, trash, stocking, checking restrooms, bus tubs, refill ice, wash glassware, assist other FOH staff members, etc.)
