Bussers at Embers play a vital role in maintaining the pace, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining room. This position supports servers and management by ensuring tables are properly cleared, reset, and maintained to Embers’ high standards. Bussers are expected to demonstrate professionalism, awareness, and urgency while contributing to a seamless and elevated guest experience. Embers is a family-friendly, upscale restaurant located on the third floor of our Ocean City venue. The space offers elevated views, an open-concept kitchen with dual brick ovens, and a refined atmosphere that blends classic lounge influences with chophouse dining. Our menu features premium chophouse selections, fresh seafood, nightly chef-driven specials, and a curated wine and cocktail program.
