Responsible for providing luxury suite guests with information and exceptional service to accommodate and ensure a successful visit. He/she will be hospitable and has a sincere desire to provide the best possible service for each guest. Acts in a professional manner. Anticipates as well as expedites, organizes as well as implements, delegates as well as does. The Butler is most often the first and last point of contact for the guest and is regarded as a true ambassador for the property. Promotes positive guest relations by proving high quality service. Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
