About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Product Support Program Manager (Level M) to join the C-17 team in Warner Robins Georgia. Position Responsibilities: Leads planning and integration activities for the C-17 Technical Publications activities Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities Manages employees and mid-level managers performing activities related to Program Management Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers Develop and implement work placement/sourcing strategy Monitor, oversee, and coordinate Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) management for the team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams (people management, mentoring, performance management)
  • 5+ years of experience managing EVM metrics
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

  • Experience developing and implementing large-scale, high impact integrated organizational plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved
