When you grow, we grow. How you will make an impact: The purpose of this role is to provide customer service through various modes to internal and external stakeholders. The Caf Associate I will assist in the preparation of menu items as well as assisting customers while maintaining proper handling of food procedures. Prepare ingredients for menu items to be served by following recipes. Collaborate with team on multiple kitchen functions to support cafeteria operations. Conduct meal preparation to be packaged for vending machines and ensure supplies are available for all lunch shifts. This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of kitchen and food preparation experience required.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be driven and self-motivated to take on the initiative for day-to-day tasks.
