Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, café operations, hotel food & beverage, or banquet supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic hospitality technology.
  • Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working a hands-on role that includes guest interaction, service support, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the café including service execution, cleanliness, and guest experience.
  • Provide welcoming, personalized service to guests while supporting the café team during shifts.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, and labor costs for approximately five café shifts per week.
  • Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies and ensure displays are stocked and visually appealing.
  • Monitor café profitability through cost control and quality service standards.
  • Train, coach, and support café staff while promoting a positive team environment.
  • Plan and help execute café events and programming to drive guest engagement and revenue.
