About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of EZ Pass—helping customers with account questions, applications, and payments while ensuring every interaction is positive and efficient. Your responsibilities will include: Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with account information Processing new applications and payments over the phone Updating account details and handling basic data entry Managing correspondence via mail and email Performing account maintenance, adjustments, and statement requests Preparing daily activity and cash-out reports Clearly explaining account terms, policies, and procedures Proactively resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care

Requirements

  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
  • A friendly, professional demeanor
  • Previous customer service experience (call center preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • A high school diploma or GED (proof required for onboarding)
  • Reliable transportation or access to the bus route
