About The Position

MO-SSM Health 7980 Clayton RD Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: Call Center Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 40 Hours/Week. 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday Required to work in office for training for 90 days. After 90 days if all performance expectations are met, remote work is available Previous Call Center or Medical experience is preferred Location: 7980 Clayton Job Summary: Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.

  • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
  • No experience required

Responsibilities

  • Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
  • Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
  • Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution.
  • May perform clerical or administrative duties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
