About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer management system.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues.
