About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient with computers and common software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, following company guidelines.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
  • Provide product recommendations and troubleshooting support to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
