Our call center representatives handle multiple phone calls using established scripts, protocols and service processes. They respond to each call in an efficient, effective, and professional manner. Patient Care Coordinators in our Orthopaedic Surgery practice perform duties that include but are not limited to: scheduling patient appointments, checking patients in, collecting payments, setting up appointments for MRIs, scanning, printing, verifying insurances, and maintaining patient records. This position will be mainly based in our Queens office, and may require travel to our Manhattan or Brooklyn offices as needed to back up other colleagues if they call out.
