The Role As a Campaign Coordinator, you’ll help bring integrated marketing campaigns to life across digital advertising, lead generation, email marketing, webinars, and sponsored content initiatives. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly — from kickoff through optimization and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, enjoys working across teams, and is eager to grow deeper expertise in digital advertising and campaign analytics.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, campaign coordination, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, lead generation, email marketing, webinars, and/or social media campaigns.
  • Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics (or similar platforms).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ad serving platforms such as GAM, Jeeng, or comparable tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (Sequel or similar) is a plus.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience with Omeda or another email service provider is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of marketing and promotional plans for advertising clients and internal B2B initiatives — aligning campaign objectives, KPIs, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across digital advertising, lead generation, email marketing, webinars, social media, and content promotion.
  • Manage campaign timelines and task tracking to ensure seamless delivery from launch through reporting.
  • Assist with custom content programs including webinars, native articles, digital sponsorships, and company-led promotions.
  • Traffic digital ads within ad serving platforms; perform quality assurance, monitor pacing, and flag optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to campaign performance analysis by compiling reports and identifying insights to improve results.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to client objectives.
  • Support ongoing campaign optimization efforts through data tracking and performance review.
