About The Position

We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to support our East Coast offices. This is a high volume, dynamic role that requires initiative and excellent communication skills as you will work directly with candidates and Weaver leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Accounting or a related field.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, event planning, human resources, public accounting or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Accounting or related field
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments
• Ability to travel to campus events on the East Coast

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and attend campus recruiting events for our East Coast region
• Build and maintain relationships with appropriate faculty at target Universities
• Review applications and conduct phone screens for assigned positions
• Develop knowledge of the marketplace and the firm’s various services lines
• Interact with and foster relationships with hiring Managers and Partners by providing updates and guidance throughout the recruiting process
• Document candidate activity, internal communications and metrics through internal tracking documents and Weaver’s applicant tracking system
