The Card Product Manager Sr executes card product strategies to drive new account acquisition, and optimize portfolio performance that will drive account activation, usage, balance growth, and retention. Duties and Responsibilities: Develops advanced card product knowledge for the more complex problems, project and product development. Involved in the more strategic, longer range projects / work assignments. Support management in the building of business cases for addressing risks and opportunities and manage the implementation of the solution all aimed at increasing spend and balance growth, revenue, and profitability. Monitor day-to-day KPIs and identify trends and patterns and elevate issues to management as appropriate. Leads coordination of all interested parties (i.e. – IT, Phone Bank, Credit Administration, Enterprise Risk, Operations, Retail Branches, Underwriting, Collections, Legal, Compliance, Vendors) to ensure effective implementation and understanding throughout the bank. Implement effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis. Ensures staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources and motivated to adhere to risk management principles. Performs other duties as assigned.
