About The Position

The Product Manager – Card-Payments will lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of card and payment products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role involves driving go-to-market strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for product enhancements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver innovative payment solutions. The position offers high ownership, exposure to strategic decision-making, and the opportunity to shape product offerings that impact the marketplace. Success in this role requires a combination of analytical skills, product management expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product management experience, with hands-on go-to-market execution and/or system conversion experience
  • Deep understanding of card payments, payment networks, and competitive landscape
  • Strategic product management skills, including roadmap planning, feature definition, and lifecycle management
  • Strong market research and analytical skills to identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Financial acumen, including experience with business cases, pricing models, and ROI analyses

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Aha! or similar tools in an agile environment preferred
  • Community bank or financial services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market strategy for card payment products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and market research to design, implementation, and launch
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to inform product enhancements and new features
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and customer impact
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize product performance and user experience
  • Provide training and support to internal teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
