About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter / Finisher to join a growing construction team. This role focuses on high-quality finish carpentry work for interior and exterior projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, follows safety standards, and can work independently or as part of a team to meet project timelines. Schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or Finish Carpenter
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and finishing techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor

Responsibilities

• Install interior and exterior trim, including crown molding, baseboards, and casing
• Hang, install, and finish doors and windows
• Install cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials according to specifications or blueprints
• Repair and refinish existing woodwork
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
