About The Position

The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of leading and supervising Case Aides within the Home Study and Post Release Services program. This role oversees a team of Case Aides, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and the delivery of quality services. The Case Manager Supervisor is also responsible for facilitating and coordinating internal file reviews and audits to ensure full compliance with ORR requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services field: OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
  • Prior ORR experience
  • Experience and/or knowledge of home studies and/or post-release services (HS/PRS);
  • knowledge of local community social services
  • specialized experience working with immigrant populations.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory, leadership, or management experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older prior to employment (ORR requirement)
  • Experience working with immigrant populations.
  • Position requires ORR approval; exceptions must be explicitly approved in writing by ORR prior to hire and may include additional training or supervision plans

  • Valid driver’s license and, if using a personal vehicle, maintenance of required auto insurance
  • Completion of 40 hours of required annual training

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, written, read and verbal. Must clear a language proficiency test for Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Submit reports to program leadership to verify team compliance with ORR timeframes and policies.
  • Train and supervise a team of Case Aides.
  • Review case documentation in accordance with agency standards and ORR requirements.
  • Facilitate and coordinate internal file reviews and case audits.
  • Collaborate closely with the program leadership team to identify areas for improvement based on file review findings.
  • Review Notices of Concern (NOCs) in compliance with federal policy requirements.
  • Ensure case file documentation is maintained in accordance with ORR standards and conduct internal chart reviews to monitor documentation compliance.'
  • Demonstrate a commitment to developing a thorough knowledge and application of the Sanctuary model and other organizational policies & practices.
  • Participate in staff development, in-services, and training related to workplace effectiveness; model professional behaviors and implement improvements to business practices with awareness of their impact in a trauma-informed behavioral healthcare organization.
