Work involves coordinating and facilitating case management and program activities; facilitating interactions between peer support specialists and persons served; leading educational panels for organizational staff, committees, and communities; coordinating with volunteer programs; developing and implementing program goals, objectives, and procedures; and evaluating outcome measures. Works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
