About The Position

Responsible for assisting in Cash Management operations, sales and product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Responsibilities

  • Provide structure and give direction to a rapidly developing commercial Cash Management department
  • Have a solid understanding of Cash Management Products including: consumer/commercial online banking, mobile banking, remote check capture, payments (ACH/Wire/BillPay), account aggregation, sweeps, merchant processing and deposit insurance
  • Be able to discuss and assess a customer’s business needs and provide recommendations to improve and support customer’s business operations
  • Responsible for directing and selling cash management products to customers and prospects
  • Assist in the pricing and negotiation of cash management products to optimize relationship profitability
  • Coordinate with technical teams to make sure product support runs optimally
