This position will provide clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of client payments. This position interacts primarily with firm attorneys and staff, and the firm’s Accounting Department. Essential Functions The accurate processing of checks, wire/ACH and credit card payments to client bills and/or general ledger accounts into the Aderant (ERP) system on daily basis. Identify misapplied or unapplied cash and resolve discrepancies promptly. Handling inquiries/requests from billers, collectors, and clients. Process client refund checks as per check request forms for unapplied balances or overpayments. Reconcile daily cash receipts to Bank activity reports. Responsible for high level of accuracy and must have Superior customer service skills.
