We are looking for a Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling sale appointments. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cashiering, reception, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point of sale systems
  • Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Manage cash register operations, process payments, and handle receipts accurately
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain organized records
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
  • Assist with other customer service tasks as assigned
  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
