Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good math skills and pays attention to details
• Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Be able to handle multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, provide pricing information and receive payments
• Receipt payments, including cash, check, credit card
• Route all incoming phone calls
• Close repair orders
• Balance of deposits, repair orders, and part tickets
• Perform other duties as need
