WE LOVE OUR WORK. Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with. Effectively responds to supervisor's requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns. Comply with company policies, all state and federal regulations, and internal controls as it relates to this position. Supervise the Guest Services Representatives when Marketing Coordinator is not available Perform marketing promotional drawings and prepare customer prize vouchers and memo accounts Run daily ticket and gift shop report in the MICROS system and balance cash drawer Verify opening MICROS cash drawer Participates in appropriate social activities within the Marketplace and with Casino guests, which reflect positively on the Alton Belle Casino. Get acquainted with known players and groom new prospects. May take guests to lunch or dinner, give tours of facility, and make dinner or hotel reservations. Hosts will have comp authority based on established guidelines. Serves as host/hostess for special events on a regular basis. Works closely with the Player Development Manager and Casino Hosts to plan and administer special events. Manages assigned dormant accounts. Responsible for compiling a daily report of shift activities, guests' names and other pertinent information. Takes specific actions and seeks opportunities to increase guests visits to the casino (i.e., invite guests to dinner, make gaming session reservations, provide free tickets to special events, etc.). Develops and maintains contact list including mailing address, phone number and e-mail addresses for all premium players. Works closely with casino, slots and table games personnel to determine "high limit players" and cater to those customers. Collects and maintains relevant player information such as marital status, spouse's name, outside interests, etc. for use in event planning and other activities. Maintains relationships with valued gaming guests through personal contact through an administration program of phone, direct mail, e-mail and in person. Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
