How you’ll contribute A Cardiac Cath Lab Technician who excels in this role: Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors. Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluate overall plan daily for effectiveness. Monitors, records, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, provider, patient and family following chain of command as appropriate. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient protecting patient's rights. What we’re looking for Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire License: Licensed by the state as a radiation operator; Registered by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist; CI or RCIS - preferred Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab - preferred Skills and Abilities: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire
• Licensed by the state as a radiation operator
• Registered by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
