About The Position

The Senior Strategy Plans & Policy Analyst (SSPA) Expert will provide extensive array of services to assist the Joint Cyber Center (JCC). Provide effective and responsive assistance to the JCC in the areas of development of operational planning, coordination and integration and execution. Develop, and direct the work of others in, the completion of required plans, programs, studies, documents, and reports. Provide expertise on strategic / operational planning, act as Subject Matter Expert on planning, and GCC and interagency coordination. Gain / maintain knowledge of cyber specific functions, e.g., Operations-Cyber Security, Cyber Defense, Cyber Defense-Response actions, Counter Cyber Operations, Offensive Cyber Operations, Counter Cyber Intelligence, Insider Threat, Cyber Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Operational Preparation of the Environment, Strategic Planning and administrative services; providing services in the form of support to preparation of plans, policies, orders, indications and warnings, analysis, targets, battle damage assessments, and fires coordination, de-confliction and execution. Support company administrative and operational requirements via development of reports, briefings and recommendations on program status, personnel assessments, and client relationship management.

Requirements

  • 10-14 Years of military analyst/planning experience with no degree or bachelor’s degree with 6-9 years of targeting experience or master’s degree 5-7years of targeting experience.
  • Experience working Combatant Command military projects.
  • Must have a TOP SECRET clearance with ability to obtain an SCI access.
  • Understanding of DOD planning processes
  • Excellent leadership and teaming skills
  • Good communication, and technical and general writing skills
  • Excellent ability at building relationships with other organizational groups
  • US Citizenship Required: Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required. Citizenship will be confirmed via I-9/E-Verify at the start of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Technical area, e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Military education / training in planning and cyber operations
