Choice Hotels, one of the world’s largest hotel companies, has an exciting new opportunity as Central Director of E-Commerce, Managed Hotels to lead digital commerce, online demand generation, and distribution performance across our managed hotel portfolio. This role is responsible for driving topline revenue growth and market share through disciplined ecommerce strategy, strong content governance, AI readiness, and performance‑based digital marketing execution, all aligned with Choice brand standards. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Revenue Management, the Central Director, Ecommerce serves as the primary digital commerce leader for the Managed Hotels Division. This role partners closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, and approved vendors to ensure hotels are accurately represented, highly discoverable, and competitively positioned across all digital channels to maximize revenue contribution.
