We are currently seeking our next Meadows of Napa Valley - Certified Nursing Assistants (Caregivers) to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Caregiver at The Meadows of Napa Valley, you will provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living. Our commitment to safety and excellence means you’ll receive training and support tailored to resident needs based on census and patient acuity. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with meals, showering, and toileting, as well as providing companionship and attending to the various needs of our recovering residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a nursing home, senior living facility or in a caregiver role.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and clinical software systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Assist with meals, showering, and toileting
- Provide companionship
- Attend to the various needs of our recovering residents
