The Change Realization Consultant is an individual contributor that is skilled in change leadership and partners with the Senior Change Realization Consultants and AVP of Change Realization in facilitating and sustaining change. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing change initiatives with an organization. This roles focuses on the people side of change – ensuring adoption and minimizing resistance to changes in processes, systems, technologies and structures. The Change Realization Consultant is responsible to support fellow change colleagues with organizing events such has change implementation planning sessions, education, and the enterprise-wide community of practice.
