About The Position

Elo Touch Solutions is looking for a high-energy, DMR focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) professional to join our team and further develop their sales career through a combination of relationship development, partner prospecting, and field work. Reporting to the DMR Channel Sales Manager and working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the SDR will be tasked with assisting in the growth of current DMR partners, in addition to developing and prospecting an identified list of tier 2 DMRs. This role will also be responsible for submitting and managing DMR quotes, for both tier 1 and tier 2 DMR partners, in addition to handling inbound partner leads and dispersing and collaborating with marketing, distribution and end user teams as applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 3-years Channel Sales experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience and relationships with existing national partners in a plus.
  • Experience with financial reporting and forecasting is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks at once and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office).
  • Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment a desire to collaborate with others for broader success.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound communication to large sales teams of National Solution Providers (NSP) partners.
  • Relationship management and development with sales leadership and partner/product management.
  • Product, brand, and industry presentations to applicable NSP sales team.
  • Coordination and representation of and at Elo focused sales events.
  • Project, Demo, & Quote entry as need buy the reseller.
  • Work closely with sales organization and customer care to ensure proper account coverage.
  • Competitive knowledge and market share attack plan development.
  • Campaign development and execution.
  • New opportunity generation.
  • Mange annual MDF plan with applicable NSP’s.
  • Account Mapping with NSPs & Elo end user teams.
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships and grow NSP loyalty.
  • Create, market, & execute promotional campaigns ie: spiffs, other sales rep incentives, etc.
