About The Position

This role is responsible for driving the performance, accuracy, and scalability of property listings across major third-party distribution platforms. As Channel Marketing Manager, you will lead a specialized team focused on maximizing visibility, revenue, and operational excellence across online travel agencies. You will play a key role in managing complex platform transitions, ensuring seamless listing transfers and system continuity. Working cross-functionally with product, revenue, and operations teams, you will help shape channel strategy and execution at scale. This position blends leadership, systems thinking, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Your work will directly impact marketplace performance, partner relationships, and overall business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, channel operations, or digital distribution, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role
  • Background in hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, or a related industry is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • High attention to detail combined with a strategic, data-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and growth
  • Comfort working with multiple digital systems and platforms; tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
  • Clear, confident communication skills across written, virtual, and in-person settings

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Marketing Specialists through ongoing feedback, performance management, and professional development
  • Oversee daily channel operations, including listing setup, distribution, optimization, and performance monitoring across major third-party platforms
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards across all listings to maximize visibility, conversion, and revenue performance
  • Manage workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues and continuously improve channel functionality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key third-party platform partners to stay ahead of system changes, promotional opportunities, and best practices
  • Own financial coordination related to third-party channels, including commission reconciliation, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Lead and execute listing and account ownership transfers during platform or portfolio transitions, ensuring accurate and seamless handoffs
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on channel distribution systems, providing documentation, guidance, and scalable support across the organization
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team culture initiatives while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
