About The Position

AppsFlyer is seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Partnerships Manager to accelerate growth through our reseller ecosystem. The role focuses on both acquiring new resellers and driving revenue performance from existing ones, ensuring alignment with AppsFlyer’s business objectives across the mobile app ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to design go-to-market plans, enable resellers for success, and maximize partner-led revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Channel Sales or Partnership Management, preferably within the mobile app or SaaS ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in partner-sourced revenue generation and enablement.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile marketing and analytics landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM or PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage partner performance.
  • Basic understanding of AI applications in marketing, measurement, and automation, with curiosity to leverage AI for partner performance insights and efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partner ROI and pipeline health.
  • Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition and Enablement
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential resellers in target markets.
  • Develop and execute structured onboarding and enablement programs, including product training, sales readiness, and certification.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design co-marketing campaigns that accelerate the reseller pipeline and brand visibility.
  • Revenue and Performance Management
  • Set and manage quarterly reseller revenue and activation targets.
  • Track and analyze reseller performance across pipeline, Closed Won, and retention metrics.
  • Implement incentive or growth programs to enhance reseller contribution.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to jointly plan GTM strategies, align on revenue goals, and ensure reseller performance and client retention.
  • Collaboration and Alignment
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance on pricing, deal registration, and partner operations.
  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to internal stakeholders on partner performance and market trends.
  • Market Intelligence and Strategy
  • Stay updated on mobile marketing and measurement trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Benchmark ecosystem-wide reseller programs and recommend continuous improvements.
