About The Position

As a Charity Event Assistant, you’ll support our event and outreach teams by connecting with community members at charity events, pop-up sites, and partner locations. Your role is to create meaningful interactions, share campaign information, and help supporters take action in support of important causes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with attendees at charity events in a warm, professional manner
• Educate the public about our nonprofit partners and current campaigns
• Answer questions, address concerns, and guide supporters through the donation process
• Represent charity partners with integrity, empathy, and enthusiasm
• Assist with day-of event logistics, including setup and breakdown
• Maintain a positive, high-energy presence throughout each event
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure donors feel appreciated
