The hotel features two distinct restaurants\: Austin Taco Project, a lively concept offering creative tacos, colorful craft cocktails, and interactive entertainment including downtown’s only Topgolf Swing Suite; and Cannon + Belle, a modern Texas bistro showcasing farm‑fresh, locally sourced ingredients and elevated comfort dishes in a stylish, inviting setting. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll contribute to these innovative culinary experiences and have the opportunity to be part of a distinguished tradition of hospitality while contributing to unforgettable guest experiences. Check us out: Hilton Austin | Austin Taco Project | Cannon + Belle Shift Pattern: Flexible with the ability to work both AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays The ideal Chef de Partie is a seasoned culinary professional with at least six years of restaurant experience, bringing a strong understanding and experience working multiple line stations, including grill and sauté, and the versatility to thrive across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. They excel with working multiple outlets while demonstrating precision, consistency, and a passion food! Prior leadership experience is preferred, bringing mentorship, teamwork, and initiative to the kitchen. Flexibility is key as this role requires someone who can confidently work morning and afternoon shifts while maintaining a positive, collaborative energy that elevates the entire culinary team. What will I be doing? As Chef de Partie, you would be responsible for supporting various restaurant outlets while helping lead the culinary team in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
