About The Position
Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, Elite Sports Clubs, Prairie Athletic Club, and Union Padel Club are an alliance of family-focused, multi-sport and fitness clubs—and in our markets, we’re the #1 destination for sport, fitness, and fun. We’re seeking a hands-on financial leader to join our team. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong accounting and operational finance background who enjoys being in the details, building structure, and partnering closely with the business. While the title reflects where the role is headed, the day-to-day will be grounded in owning and strengthening the fundamentals—supporting accounting operations, improving processes, ensuring accuracy, and building a strong financial foundation across our eight clubs. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and accounting function (both in-person and remote), helping drive clarity in reporting, consistency in processes, and confidence in our numbers. Over time, this role will evolve into a more strategic CFO position, guiding forecasting, and long-term financial decisions as the business continues to grow. We operate with the mindset of a small, entrepreneurial business—even at our scale—and are looking for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves, wear multiple hats, and grow with us.
