About The Position

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Extensive experience in behavioral health services or mental health care management.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight in a hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and risk management within a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving organizational goals and enhancing service delivery.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize hospital performance.
