Requirements

• Possess a minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in related discipline
• Ten years of HR management experience
• Seven years of supervisory experience
• Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills
• Competency with online administrative systems, reading and writing skills
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
• Ability to perform primary duties, physical, and mental tasks thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads the HR department including recruitment, training, benefits, compliance, and retention.
• Develops and implements effective talent management strategies to support overall goals and objectives
• Takes a leadership role in organization development and growth
• Establishes, communicates, and oversees employee incentive and benefits program
• Maintains and expands on creating robust training and development programs
• Builds strong employee relations and fosters a positive work environment
• Manages HR budget and resources efficiently
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge for HR initiatives
• Executes the responsibilities of a company CHRO according to lawful and ethical standards
• Provides oversight, review and updates to HR policies & procedures, and QAC, Accreditation, & Strategic Plans
• Ensures compliance with all relevant labor and employment laws and regulations
• Facilitates effective communication and collaboration across the organization
