Requirements

You hold a master’s or PhD in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
You have 10+ years of social service management experience.
You are a master of fiscal oversight and long-range planning.
You lead impact reporting, Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) efforts, and compliance with accreditation.
You have excellent writing and communication skills.
