Requirements

A seasoned technology leader with experience in scaling engineering organizations.
Strong technical foundation across architecture, engineering, and delivery.
Ability to support sales conversations by building trust.
Strong operational mindset with experience in implementing processes and KPIs.
Experience in leading through integration and change in a newly acquired environment.
Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in delivery and operational roles.

Responsibilities

Scale the engineering and delivery teams from ~50 to 100+ people during the next growth cycle.
Build the right leadership structure: tech leads, delivery managers, QA leads, and engineering managers.
Strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
Establish and optimize delivery processes, SDLC workflows, QA frameworks, and engineering standards.
Ensure predictable, high-quality project delivery with strong KPIs and performance metrics.
Join client calls as the senior technical representativeâbringing credibility and clarity.
Drive the technical vision aligned with the companyâs growth strategy.
